Taylor Machine Works' cushion tire trucks are primarily designed for smooth surface use. Whether in a factory or warehouse environment, the THC Series provides unparalleled performance and maneuverable. The THC Series consists of four models with a rated capacity ranging from 25,000 to 50,000 lbs., with models having a load center of either 24 or 30 inches. In the THC Series, there are also two different wheelbases to choose from 92 or 110-inch wheelbase. Taylor Machine Works has the cushion tire truck to meet your individual material handling needs.

The THC-500L equipped with a 48-in. coil ram standard, but offers an optional 60-in. coil ram.

Drive Train

Each model in the THC Series line of cushion tire trucks uses a Tier Compliant Cummins® electronic turbocharged diesel engine. Standard engine features include electronic diagnostic and maintenance monitor, fuel/water separator, engine/transmission protection systems, improved fuel economy, and reduced emissions.

The transmission for all models is a three-speed, fully reversing, modulated, powershift transmission with inching and electric roll shift control.
